Privacy:

We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

Information Collection & Use:

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Security:

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

Shipping:

We will make every effort to select the lowest cost method of shipping your order to you. We use UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ship all our orders. We will select the fastest and least expensive carrier depending on the size of the order unless we are instructed by the customer as to how they want the order shipped. The Final Invoice on package will have the exact shipping charges added. The automatic shipping charges applied at time order is placed do not take into account any special packing that may be required and will not exceed 10% of original order without first contacting the customer.

Damages:

Your order will be packed to arrive in good condition.  Please look on your invoice (attached in a plastic sleeve on the outside of one box) for the number of boxes shipped. After making sure that you have received all boxes please open and inspect your shipment within 48 hours.  If there is damage please call Shipping Carrier to file a claim -- you will need the label off the box for details, then call us and give us the claim number.  We will issue credit and work with you to get the claim taken care of.

Shortages:

Each order is double checked for accuracy.  Please check your order carefully against your packing list/invoice attached to the outside of one box.  Report any discrepancies to us within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Refunds & Returns:

Please contact us for a return authorization number before shipping any goods back to us.  We will pay return shipping charges only on items mis-shipped or defective.  All other returns must be shipped at the cost of the purchaser.  A 15% restocking fee is charged for returns. Either Credit can be applied to a customers account or Charges Credited back to the customers credit card account, minus any restocking fees. For checks or Money Orders that have already cleared the bank and company check will be sent to the customer, minus any restocking fees. Special order items are not returnable unless defective.
